COOL-LUX warrants to the original retail purchaser only the products it manufactures for the period described with each product from the date of purchase, to be free from defects in material or workmanship. COOL-LUX will repair or replace(at its option), free of charge, any product which fails to perform during its warranty period because of such defects in material or workmanship . In order to make a warranty claim under this Limited Warranty and to obtain repair or replacement of your product, you must return by prepaid postage the defective product to COOL-LUX at the following address, and you must include with the product a letter of explanation outlining the problem along with a copy of your sales receipt and the name of the dealer whom you purchased it from: COOL-LUX, 412 Calle San Pablo,#200, Camarillo, CA 93012

This limited Warranty will not cover any malfunction or damage in or to your product which in our judgement had resulted form misuse, abuse or your failure to follow operating instructions. Furthermore, any unauthorized repair or attempt to repair the product will render this limited warranty null and void.

COOL-LUX DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST COOL-LUX FOR PRODUCT DEFECT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT COOL-LUX'S OPTION AS SET FORTH ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COOL-LUX BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND COOL LUX'S LIABILITY TO YOUR BEING LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PRODUCT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other have other rights which vary form state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion of remedies may not apply to you.
